Solana Networks Working with Gridpoint Systems on Traffic Engineering Application

Solana Networks is working with Ottawa-based Gridpoint Systems to develop new capabilities for their Traffic Engineering product. Gridpoint Systems is developing service management solutions for next generation carrier networks including connection-oriented carrier Ethernet.

Solana Networks SMARTHawk product features a powerful Route Analytics engine developed to enable a range of network provisioning and monitoring applications. The Route Analytics engine can be integrated with third party Traffic Engineering (TE) solutions for MPLS as well as with PCE Server components (Path Computation Element) to enable path computation for service assurance.
