Solana Networks Develops Solution for AI-based Influencer Detection in Social Media Networks

Solana Networks recently delivered a solution for Defence R&D Canada (DRDC) which detects Influencers in Social Media Networks using AI-based methods.

This project developed deep learning (DL) AI software that identify and rank Influencers on the Twitter and Reddit Social Media networks.

Standalone software solutions were developed which were then to conduct a study with 4 different approaches to the challenge including: (i) Random Forest (RF) models with numeric and graph features (ii) Deep Learning model with numeric and graph features (iii) Deep Learning model augmented with BERT encoder (iii) Deep Learning model augmented with sentiment analyzer. The final solution detected influencers with strong accuracy.
